The Grievance Redressal Committee is formed by the college to address the grievances of students of the college. The committee consists of committee in-charge and members ( Vice Principals, teachers and one students representative).
Students can convey their grievances/complains (in written form duly signed) through complaint box kept in front of Principal’s office. Complaint box is checked by the in-charge in presence of one college authority (generally vice principal) in first week of every month and recorded in the register accordingly. Complaint box is also checked intermittently if possible. In response to complaint(s) received, in-charge calls the committee meeting under the guidance of honorable Principal of the college and the complaint issue is discussed in the meeting. Depending on the type, severity and nature of the complaint, committee takes required action. The minutes of the meeting and relevant documents are also maintained by the in-charge in the file.
